A rich history of construction expertise.
Back in the 1970’s, Roy Rabenius began RoyCon Construction, where his son Paul began working for him as a framer at the age of 16. The duo worked together for several years before Paul embarked on his own journey, establishing a new premier custom home builder, Northway Builders, Inc., on the Seacost of New Hampshire, which operated for 20 years. Through Paul’s experience of owning a large general contracting company, he then set out to create iKON Construction Management, which now manages a network of experienced and professional subcontractors who together, complete the highest quality new construction, renovation, remodel, and custom addition projects.
Paul has three sons, but it is actually his son in-law Drew McSpiritt who has worked by his side for eight years as his Lead Project Manager. During this time, Drew has done it all, from managing an 84-unit subdivision, to numerous custom builds and spec homes throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Drew takes pride in his commitment to building lasting relationships with his clients and subcontractors and it is through this desire that he assists in meeting the functional, aesthetic, and financial goals of every project that he manages.
With his many years in the industry, Paul was ready to take a step back in 2020 and change positions to Construction Consultant. He felt confident and excited to hand over the company to Drew with every belief that he would continue the quality without compromise construction ideals that he instilled throughout their working relationship.
Since it’s establishment, iKON Construction Management has been serving customers in Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire, and Northern Massachusetts, and we hope you choose us to manage your next residential construction project!

Co-Owner and Project Manager
Drew joined iKON as a project manager in 2014 and is now co-owner with his wife. In his spare time, Drew enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and socializing with good friends.

Lyndsie McSpiritt
Co-Owner and Assistant Project Manager
Lyndsie joined iKON in 2020 as an assistant project manager and has been involved in her father Paul’s construction business her entire life. In her spare time, Lyndsie enjoys golfing, riding her motorcycle, and watching Liverpool Football Club. Go Reds!

Founder/Consultant
Paul has over 50 years of experience in many facets of the construction industry and provides consultation services on any aspect of a project as needed. In his spare time, Paul enjoys hanging out with his family, traveling in his RV, motorcycling, and boating.

Accounting Services
Karen has been CFO and bookkeeper in the construction industry for 30 years and co-founded iKON with her husband, Paul. In her spare time, Karen also enjoys travel, motorcycle riding and boating.
